SYMPLER® also offers a warranty on repairs, should your product require any repairs within 12 months from the date of purchase, we will repair the product free of charge. However, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, as well as all other accessories and contents. You must also provide us with your proof of purchase and pre-pay the postage for the items to be returned. We advise returning your items via Australia Post as you can take out shipment registration insurance, to protect the products from the risk of theft, loss or damage during transit.
SYMPLER® reserves the right to refuse and accept any parcels that arrive ‘COD’ or have ‘More To Pay’ stamped on them. Any parcels received with these, will be deducted from your refund. Refunds do not include postage and handling and will be processed within thirty working days of receipt of the goods.

Any products returned to us without the required information enclosed within the package and a returns approval authorized by a sales representative may result in a replacement or refund not being granted.
